Director’s Meeting
Feb. 26^th 2006 

Call to order: (10:10 AM) by Chairman, Jerry Cox.
Present: Bill Cook, Dale Knowlton, Kevin Danby, Carolyn Johnson, Jerry Cox, Dominique Effray, Gene McNeil, Jon Clark.
Unexcused absence: Curly Clark 

Discussion on Curly’s absence.  At the heart of the issue is that we (the board) have agreed to attend all meetings unless it is totally unavoidable. Curly, via correspondence maintains that his absence while he is snow birding in Arizona does not have a major impact on the Board. However we know that better decisions are possible when we have the benefit of input from all of us. 

ATV Rules:
            Dale reviewed the proposed ATV rules. Discussed some slight modifications and changes. Dale will rewrite and send finished proposal to Kevin for posting. 

Lot Donations:
            Bill applied on behalf of the SIDs Foundation of Washington.
            Kevin proposed donating a lot to the Moses Lake Rotary and one to the Ephrata Chamber of Commerce.

Motion made and carried to donate a lot to each of these non profit groups. 

Maintenance personnel:
            Kevin reports that he has received a lot of interest in these positions. Has narrowed it down to 3 couples and hopes to have a decision soon.

The apartment has been remodeled and is near ready for the new tenants. 

Campground:
            Hoping to start the first week of March weather permitting. We have people showing an interest in visiting Rimrock as soon as the roads are firm. Our camp hosts will be starting in March instead of April.
