office around to the pool area. The beautiful facilities are available to all
association members and their guests. There are tennis courts and horseshoe pits. |
| Our old round wooden water storage tank has been converted into the firehall for our
volunteer crew. On weekends members barbecue in the large covered barbecue
area just outside the kitchen. The kitchen facility has a washer / drier and ice
along with picnic tables and an indoor place to eat. Members gather there to visit
and enjoy potluck dinners. |

The campground has a
newly designed tent area and RV hookups & Storage.

| Members enjoy our 33' x 75' pool (heated to
85 deg.) The pool house has showers, lockers and toilet facilities for both men and
women.

In the clubhouse there is a paperback exchange library. There is
a large screen TV and a small video library. The clubhouse also has a Ping-Pong
and a Foosball table,
a huge stone fireplace as well as restrooms and vending machines for candy &
soft drinks so you can
get a "cool one" in the summer.

| Owners enjoy walking on the
graveled roads and one can walk for miles and see Peregrine falcons, hawks, Golden eagles,
nighthawks, bluebirds, coyotes, rabbits, rockchucks and occasionally snakes of various
kinds. It is still wild country where you can see herds of deer and an occasional
moose.
